A date is only considered secured once a signed contract and the required retainer fee have been received.
The retainer fee is non-refundable as it guarantees our availability for your specific date and prevents us from booking other events.
If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to the full balance due.
We will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to our availability. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled dates.
